a verse from the stream

bring me home and i'll give everything to you
blowing kisses to be captured with a weightless stomach
mile markers etch our journey on the landscape
deep inside i grow towards the light
do tears under scrutiny portray the full spectrum
reaching up to capture meteorites, i have a wish or two...
over and over i fall back on reality
nevermind it was only temporary
inside me a violin plays in reverse
i cannot sleep
the eyes that watch me cannot comprehend the daydream
lay down your fears
take my hand
see how my heart is whisked away
a hundred million points of light just get up and walk away
two in the morning and my eyes cannot shut
spewing prophecies of thunder and lightning
romance instigated by fragrences of auditory hallucination
share the world if poetry crowds the flower bed
eyesight fluctuates in season
everyones light keeps the universe in check
time stops, unable to cope with a patchwork skyscraper
lips sway in a breeze made by butterfly wings
