plough the cracked earth
tomorrow the same
every person carries on
rip the bread
callouses on broken dreams
so much more to do
bring me the morning paper
the sweet summer breeze
stars in jars
a moment of peace
shadows in moonlight
exiles in all but name
extend a helping thought
i'll always be here
flutes serenade like hummingbird wings
homes become beacons
throw it away and start over
adventure promises to make it all better
